Roland Park’s historic water tower restoration gets going

A redevelopment of the historic water tower in Roland Park is set to begin within 45 days.

Mary Page Michel, chair of the Roland Park Community Foundation that is funding a portion of the project, said the long-awaited project is outlined in a memorandum of understanding sent to the nonprofit foundation this week by the city. Next up is an engineering study that will set into motion cost estimates to restore the landmark located at 4210 Roland Ave.
