Atlas Restaurant Group wants patrons of its new 1920’s speakeasy-inspired cocktail bar, The Elk Room, to put in a little old-school effort to locate the entrance to the Harbor East bar. Atlas Group owner, Alex Smith, declined to comment on his new bar in an effort to keep the news quiet.
