Atlanta firm acquires dual-branded Arundel Mills hotel

The dual-branded Aloft Arundel Mills and Element Arundel Mills hotel have been acquired by an Atlanta firm.

Noble Investment Group paid an undisclosed price for the 142-room Aloft and 147-room Element. The hotels were built in 2009 and renovated in 2015.

The seller is LTD Hospitality Group of Chesapeake, Va., state tax records show.

The property sits near the Arundel Mills mall and Live Casino.
