Deal for purchase of Baltimore Clayworks site is called off

A group that had announced plans to purchase the Clayworks property in Mount Washington said Tuesday it was changing course.

The nonprofit Itineris, which assists adults with autism, announced it had recently inked a deal to purchase its headquarters located on Television Hill near Hampden at 2050A Rockrose Ave. The property is known as the Pointe at Rockrose.
