Harbor Bank is finding reasons to say ‘Yes’ to minority business owners

Most recently, Harbor Bank founded its emerging developers program – aimed at teaching newer developers how to rebuild vacant city blocks – and is creating a co-working space for minority business owners in its Fayette Street office building.
