Here’s what you missed if you didn’t make it to Baltimore’s first Diner en Blanc

At 7:30 p.m. five charter buses sit idly in front of the National Aquarium surrounded by a sea of white dresses, slacks, shirts, hats, picnic baskets and shoes.

“It’s a wedding,” a little girl says as she walks by, pointing her finger toward the growing crowd of people dressed head-to-toe in white. Other passersby stare in confusion as they try to come up with an explanation for the strange scene.
