City issues RFP for former Acme warehouse in West Baltimore

Three properties that used to hold warehouses for the Acme supermarkets chain are headed for redevelopment.

The Baltimore Development Corp. on Tuesday issued a request for proposals for the three parcels in West Baltimore for a developer to purchase and build on the 201,271-square-foot property.

The space is divide up into three parcels at 2120 W. Lafayette Ave., 1001 N. Smallwood St. and 2201 Mosher St. The site is located within an enterprise zone, and is available for potential brownfield tax…
